Coffee from Peru – Quality and community from the heights of Jaén

This exceptional coffee comes from the Asociación Café del Futuro, a community of 348 passionate coffee farmers from the Jaén region of Peru. Since its founding in 2007, the Asociación has stood for first-class coffee varieties and a strong focus on certified, sustainably grown coffee.

At altitudes of 1,600 to 2,000 meters, varieties such as Caturra, Bourbon and Mundo Novo grow, which are perfectly adapted to the fertile soils and mild climate between the provinces of Jaén and San Ignacio. The result: coffee beans with a unique character and intense aromas.

The association supports its members not only in the cultivation but also in the processing of their coffee. By financing drying houses, the farmers can dry their crops gently and protect them from rain - an important step towards consistently high quality. 95% of producers are already benefiting from these innovative solutions that combine tradition and progress.
